A beautiful new exhibition by landscape artist Teresa Moran is on display at the Craft Granary in Cahir from August 5 to 29.
Nature is Teresa's passion, and her work captures the vibrancy and atmosphere of the moment. This exhibition, entitled 'Echoes,' is inspired by our beautiful landscape, and the generations who have enjoyed and admired it. Reflections on water echo the land which has accompanied us through time.

Her oil paintings and limited editions reflect the ever-changing colours of the mountains, the expanse of the sky, the calming effects of the river, and the power of the sea.

Trained in Italy, in 2005 the artist was invited to show her work at the 5th International Biennale of Contemporary Art in Florence. She exhibits regularly in Ireland and her work is in private and public collections.

Teresa, who is originally from Carrick-on-Suir, is showing landscapes of Tipperary, Waterford, Cork and further afield.

The exhibition will be officially opened by Michael Coady, the award-winning Poet and Author, at 7.30pm on August5, at the Craft Granary. If you would like to see some beautiful landscape paintings and hear some wonderful prose, do come along for an enjoyable evening.
