Getting in tune for Clancy Festival

The 2010 Clancy Brothers Annual Music and Arts Festival will run from June 10 to 13, with an official opening by Minister Martin Mansergh at Clancy House on Thursday, June 10, at 8pm.
The opening ceremony will be followed by a special concert performance in the Resource Centre by world-renowned fiddle player Jim McKillop, supported by Pat Conroy. The concert should be an occasion to remember. Tickets at j15 will be limited so early booking is advised.

A talent competition for the Eoghan Power Memorial Trophy will be held on the same night in Wall's Pub, Carrick Beg, at 10pm Applicants should contact the Festival Office in the Resource Centre.

The 2010 website www.clancybrothersfestival.org is now live, with full information on all events and shows for what promises to be a very special festival.
