The High School Parents Council has arranged a talk by Joanna Lynch entitled Achieving greater self-awareness for you and your children next Thursday, 11th February at 8pm in the High School. Ms. Lynch  is  a mother of four who has a degree in Psychology and Sociology and is a qualified life coach. She also tutors in child development for the VEC.
The talk will focus on the value of achieving greater self-awareness and will illustrate how greater self-knowledge assists children in their personal development, which in turn raises their self-esteem and self-confidence.

The talk is open to all parents with children attending school and it is hoped that there will be a large attendance  for what should be a most stimulating and interesting talk.
