Music of a Spring Evening

The Club are always seeking new members between the ages of 17 and 35 from every background, rural or not, from Cahir/Ardfinnan and surrounding areas. A Taste Of Ballybrado

In recent times as health has become a major focus in people’s lives Ballybrado have just developed a new wheat free, organic snack range including a Chocolate Brownie Jack, a Lemon Jack with a twist and a Novelty Nutri Slice. They are now being tested in O’Brien’s Pharmacy in Cahir and in Texaco, Woodview Service Station in Cahir. Feedback would be much appreciated by email at ballybradoltd@eircom.net

Garden Club

On Wednesday, February 27, Oliver Schurmann of Mount Venus Nurseries, Dublin, and Member of RHSI will give a lecture on ‘everlasting perennials.’ This will be a very informative evening and all garden enthusiasts should not miss an opportunity like this. Time is 8pm, at Cahir House Hotel.

The club’s annual dinner will take place at Cahir House Hotel on Thursday, February 21, at 7.30pm. Anyone wishing to join us on the night will be most welcome - contact AL on 7441949.

Cahir Lions Club Play

Cahir Lions Club and the Father Matthew Players will stage the play ‘Les Miserables’ in New Inn Hall this Friday, February 15. Tickets are €15 and can be obtained from any member of the Lions Club as well as Liam Wall Barbers in The Square, Cahir. The tickets are limited to 200 so get in there early. Lions Club Members, Seanie Lonergan, Patsy McGuirk and Jacqui Mullan also have tickets for sale.

The Father Matthew Players are renowned and this is a play to be seen and enjoyed by all.
