ANNACARTY CHILDCARE LTD

Annacarty Childcare Summer Programme began on Friday June 29.

Week one with a summer party after school finished for the summer holidays. All children celebrated party style. On week two preparations are in place for a variety of fun and frolics, programme includes i.e. the Bubble Factory, American Day, Fancy Dress BBQ. Wimbledon comes to Busy Bees Celebrity Know Who and Pizza Parlour to name but a few. There will also be music and dance, water sports, arts and crafts throughout the long summer, we hope of nice fine weather.

Parents are asked to be aware and responsible for the criteria and rules laid down in order to ensure the safety and enjoyment of their children. They are requested to adhere to the drop off and pick up time and to give suitable notice of any change in pick up personnel.

The children of Annacarty are lucky to have a summer programme for the long holidays to enjoy and hopefully the weather will be kind. Happy days to all.

CEMETERY MASSES

The Cemetery Masses will be celebrated as usual this Summer starting with Kilpatrick on Tuesday, July 10, Donohill on Tuesday, July 17, and Annacarty on Wednesday, July 18, all at 7.30 p.m. Reminders will be given.

SENIOR CITIZENS

The Senior Citizens outing will be on Thursday, July 12, to Kildare, Japanese Gardens, Heritage Centre and Newbridge Silverware. Names to committee members please.

EIRE OG ANNACARTY GAA CLUB

Results

Juniors Hurlers were defeated by Clonoulty\Rossmore last Tuesday.

Under 14 Hurlers were defeated by Kickhams last Thursday.

Under 12 Hurlers defeated Sean Treacys last Friday (1st and 2nd teams).

Under 16 Hurlers were defeated by Cappawhite last Monday.

Fixtures

Junior Hurling: v Sean Treacys this Friday, July 6, in Cappawhite at 7.30pm.

Under 14 Hurling: v Clonoulty\Rossmore this Thursday, July 5, in Clonoulty at 7pm.

Under 16 Hurling: v Kickhams in Annacarty this Monday, July 9, at 7.30pm.

Sympathy

The Eire Og club extends condolences to the family of Vera Kelly, Alleen, who died on Monday. RIP.

Inter County Reps

Well done to Tipperary Senior, Intermediate and Minor Hurlers along with the Senior Footballers on their recent victories. Special mention to the Eire Og players involved, Conor O’Brien (Senior Hurling), Paudie O’Dwyer (Intermediate Hurling), Tom Fox & Donal O’Dwyer (Minor Hurling), Brian Fox and Richard Ryan (Senior Football).
