SYMPATHY

It is with deep sadness this week that we sympathise with the Sheehy family on the heartbreaking loss of Fei Sheehy. Fei went to heaven on Friday last, June 29. She had battled so bravely over the last few months to get well but this was not meant to be and at only 8 and a half years of age Fei lost her battle and it broke the hearts of all who came to know her in her short life.

Fr. Bobby summed it up on Sunday last at Fei’s farewell mass when he described her as a beautiful princess as indeed she was. Fei touched the hearts of so many and the memories she left behind will carry on forever. She will never be forgotten, Fei was laid to rest in Grange on Sunday. We offer our heartfelt sympathies to her loving parents Gerard and Kate, her sister Leanne and Evelyn, her grandparents Tim and Mary, her uncles Timmy and Seamus, aunts Miriam,Valarie and Yvonne, all her cousins and indeed Kate’s family. May she rest in peace in heaven.

LADIES FOOTBALL

Our u10’s will have a blitz on this Wednesday evening in Ballyporeen at 7pm. This will be our first blitz. We would appreciate if parents could bring along some food or refreshments on the night to host other teams that have travelled.
