An open day for business interests to learn more about business exchange opportunities will be held in Dundrum House Hotel on September 13 AT 7pm.
The Winning Post Chapter of BNI is four years old this August. A range of entrepreneurial local business people meet weekly at Dundrum House Hotel to exchange business opportunities and to meet likeminded individuals.
The range of businesses that are represented at the meetings vary greatly from accountant to photographer, electrician to office supplier and many more. Representation from all types of professions means a broader catchment where business opportunities might be generated.
To celebrate its 4th birthday and the generation of €1.4 million worth of business passed, Winning Post BNI will host an Open Day onSeptember 13 in Dundrum House Hotel. Invitations will be sent to other business people in the area to attend a formal BNI meeting on this date. At the meeting, they will be given an opportunity to represent their business and to explain what kind of business they are looking for to a large group.
The Winning Post is one of many Chapters that makes up the international organisation Business Networking International (BNI). BNI is the biggest referral organisation in the world with Chapters or groups meeting each week in many countries on most continents.
The core concept of BNI is to pass referrals. These referrals are generated through word of mouth. If you know someone who is looking for an accountant; would you be able to refer an accountant to them with confidence? BNI is about getting to Know, Like and Trust other business people and being able to refer your contacts to them with confidence, because a relationship has been established with them.
The members of the Winning Post Chapter meet weekly because they have benefited financially from doing business through BNI. The open day is an opportunity to create contacts, meet other business people and perhaps do business.
