Tickets go on sale next week for Brewery Lane Theatre’s production of the hilarious Neil Simon comedy “The Odd Couple”, which commences its eight night run on Thursday, November 15.

Booking of tickets for the show, directed by Liam Butler, opens on Monday, November 5.

This classic comedy focuses on the relationship between two mismatched friends Felix and Oscar, who are trying to restart their lives after they both find themselves wifeless because of their outlandish behaviours.

The one thing they have in common is their living arrangement – together.

In the ultimate portrayal of opposites, Felix and Oscar come together to fight, drive each other crazy, push buttons and ultimately learn from their friendship.

“The Odd Couple” is original, hilarious and entertaining with some of the funniest dialogue ever written. The audience will have a delightful time watching these two unlikely roommates stumble through the awkwardness that is often found in friendships with those we love and love to hate.

Colm Power and Barry Comerford play the lead roles and are supported by an excellent cast line-up including Wattie Dunphy, Gerry Fitzgerald, Michael Power, Veronica Geoghegan-Sweeney, Julie Ann Denby and Vivienne Coughlan.

Booking is at the Heritage Centre, Main Street, Carrick on Suir, telephone (051) 640200. Admission costs €15. Curtains rise at 8:15pm.

The show runs until November 22.
