New country singing sensation Johnny Brady is certainly relishing his career as a top performer on the dancing scene.
Over the course of the last few months Johnny has been busy recording his debut album with top producer Jonathan Owens in Co. Longford and doing lots of promotional activity.
This incorporated appearances at high profile events along with artistes such as Mike Denver, Jimmy Buckley and Declan Nerney to name but a few.
“For me it is a dream come true to get the chance to see a lifelong ambition become a reality. I am really looking forward to taking the show all across the country to the various dancing venues. I am fortunate to be getting the chance to work with some great people and I am thrilled at how my debut album ‘Living All My Dreams’ has turned out,” Johnny says.
Johnny is already being tipped by several high profile people in country music circles to be a major success and when the likes of the legendary Big Tom provides an endorsement that Johnny is a super talent with a big future, then this surely constitutes a glowing reference.
Johnny has to date released four singles of which his original songs ‘Living all My Dreams’ and ‘My Mother, My Teacher My Friend’ have received critical acclaim and, with six out of twelve tracks on the debut album being original, Johnny is destined to put his own fresh stamp on the scene.
They say behind every good singer is a good band and with Johnny that’s no different as his outfit features some of Ireland’s most talented musicians in Chris Dolan (drums) Clive Cullbertson (bass) John Fitzpatrick (fiddle) Noel Mc Guiness (guitar) and Paul Gardner (keyboards).
Johnny’s debut album is on sale now with the Sharpe Music Label and you can catch Johnny Brady for a bank holiday weekend special at the Times Hotel in Tipp Town on Sunday night next, June 3 when he’ll be joined by special guests Brian Coll and Brendan Quinn for what will be a super night of dancing.
