Zombie Walk to celebrate Halloween in Clonmel town centre

Clonmel’s Zombie Walk is looking for creative people to get involved and take part in this year’s march of the undead.

Clonmel’s Zombie Walk is looking for creative people to get involved and take part in this year’s march of the undead.

Craftspeople, make-up artists, choreographers, drama groups or anyone who wants to get involved and help make this year’s parade a spectacularly spooky night out for all the family are welcome.

The parade takes place on Halloween night, Thursday, October 31 and will lurch its way to Gordon Place Car Park for a night of frightfully-themed fun with food, music, dancing and costume competitions. The organisers want to hear from those interested in building a float or lanterns for the procession, developing a choreographed piece, creating props for the Gordon Street car park to create a spooky atmosphere or providing music or a performance for the finale. They also want community groups, work groups and school classes to apply for workshops in costume making, make-up or choreography so that their group can take part in the Zombie Walk. To get involved contact Paul at paul.ryan@tipperarycoco.ie or call 086-3917141.
