The very popular exhibition ‘Celebrating Clonmel’s Entente Florale’ with over 100 artworks by members of the South Tipperary Art Group, STAG, is running in the Arts Centre to the end of August. Congratulations to Winnie Hickey who sold her oil painting set of ‘Africa’ and Miriam Burke whose ’Inislounaght Church, Marlfield, a watercolour painting was sold last week from the Arts Centre’s exhibition. Congrats also to Dolores Fennessy whose still life oil painting set was bought from Befani’s restaurant last weekend. Replacing all the artworks sold are ‘Face of Africa’, ‘Fantasia’, ‘Tools of the Trade’ and ‘Spotlight’. There are very fine floral artworks in this exhibition as well as many local scenes, still life subjects and portraits in every medium. With so many artworks on display there is certainly something for everyone in this exhibition.

The Arts Centre opening hours are Tuesday to Friday, 10am to 5pm and Saturday from 12 noon to 4pm. Admission is free and the Centre is well worth a visit.
