Cahir band “Fair Exchange” will perform at Tullamore’s Castlepalooza Festival in Tullamore this Saturday after winning an RTE radio song contest.

The 30-minute slot at the music festival for original songs was the prize the band won in the John Murray RTE Radio 1 show’s most popular song competition. Their winning single “Bob Marley On My MP3”, released in June, is receiving a lot of airplay on radio stations.

Other upcoming gigs include supporting Mary Stokes and her band in Mulcahy’s in Clonmel on August 9, Irwin’s Yard in Cahir on August 11 and at the Fair of Cahir on Sunday, August 25. Fair Exchange will release a new single in September.
