Clonoulty Service

A healing service and Mass will be held on Friday, November 30, at 7.30pm at Clonoulty church. Guest speaker will be John Delaney, a member of Our Lady of Sorrows Ministry.

Halla na Feile

Halla na Feile is delighted to announce that the third edition of their ‘Cashel & Rosegreen Journal’ will be launched on Sunday, November 25, at 4pm by Tipp FM’s Fran Curry.

A warm welcome is extended to all and light refreshments will be served.

Social Dancing

The very popular Sam O’Doherty will make a welcome return to Halla na Feile for a Social Tea Dance on Friday, November 30, with dancing from 9pm to midnight.

Teas and sandwiches will be served and admission is €8. A great night’s dancing is promised and we look forward to seeing you.

Dancing Classes

Social Dancing Classes continue on Tuesday evenings at Halla na Feile, with dancing from 8.30pm to 10.45pm. An extra half hour is added on for those who like ‘ballroom’ and all for €5.


Prior to the commencement of bingo at Halla na Feile last Saturday night, patrons stood and observed a minutes silence as a mark of respect to Halla chairman Sean Murphy on the death of his brother Stephen. The management and bingo committees were present for the vote of sympathy.

Annual General Meeting

Cashel Labour Party Rock Branch is holding its AGM on this Thursday eveningm November 22, at 8pm, in Mikey Ryan’s. All members are urged to attend. Anyone interested in joining can contact chairman Paddy Downey or secretary Richard O’Brien.

Results for Saturday, November 17. The numbers drawn were 4,18,19,26. The jackpot of €11,450 was not won.
