Clonmel talent final promises great entertainment

The youth of Clonmel and surrounding areas have once again displayed tremendous talent in recent weeks as Clonmel Commercials’ Clonmel’s Got Talent progressed at The White Memorial Theatre.

The youth of Clonmel and surrounding areas have once again displayed tremendous talent in recent weeks as Clonmel Commercials’ Clonmel’s Got Talent progressed at The White Memorial Theatre.

On Friday and Saturday last over 40 acts thrilled the audiences in the semi-finals with some wonderful displays on instruments, excellent dancing and incredible singing.

This Friday night will see 22 acts battle it out for the Primary and Secondary school titles. The contestants in the Secondary School competition are Rebecca O’Callaghan, Ben O’Sullivan, Ciara Johnson, Jamie McGrath; Kate, Ellen and Rosie; Kathy Mullins, Freya McVicker, Molly Hogan, Ellie Mackey and William Bryant.

Twelve acts will vie for the Primary Schools title. They are Caitlin McVicker, Tommy Mullins; Sarah, Sadhbh and Fionn; Lucy Reilly, Ella Traas, Roisin Curley, Ciara O’Brien, Sarah and Ellen, Katie Judge, Anna Morris, Kate Lonergan, Darragh McVicker and Cian Smith.

Admission for Friday’s final is just €10 for adults and €5 for juveniles. A great night’s entertainment is in store so come early. Tickets are on sale from 7pm, with curtain up at 8pm.
