ICMSA President, John Comer, has called for an advance SFP payment to be made “as early as possible and as high as possible†due to “ferocious†cash-flow pressures on farmers which are likely to continue to the end of the year.

70% of an advance is possible as long as the Commission to pays across all Member States.
