Having already won an Irish Print Award in 2010, 2011 and 2013, Clonmel-based The Label Factory is delighted that it has received three nominations for this year’s Irish Print Awards.

Testament to the quality and consistency produced by The Label Factory is the fact that they have been represented for the last 7 years in succession at these national awards.

Now in their 37th year, the awards recognise and reward the quality of design, printing and finishing involved in the production of a wide range of printed material.

Following submissions from small to large-sized print companies in the 32 counties, just four companies have been shortlisted for the Irish Print Award in the Self Adhesive Label category. The company has also been nominated in the Digital Label category.

The other labels shortlisted in the former category are Teeling Whiskey Company’s Single Malt; Carlow Brewing Company’s O’Hara’s Barrel Aged Series – Barley Wine; and The Palace Bar, Dublin’s Three Generations 14 YO Single Malt.

Susan Schaerer of The Label Factory says “We have a very small dedicated team here at The Label Factory and we make extraordinary efforts to deliver the best service and products for our clients - our fellow nominees in the label category are large Dublin and Northern Ireland-based organisations and we are therefore very proud to represent the Munster region, as well as the SME sector.

The awards ceremony takes place at a gala black tie dinner in Dublin’s Crowne Plaza Northwood on this Friday, November 28.
