Clonmel print firm in line for national award for third year running

Following success at the Irish Print Awards in 2010 and 2011, Clonmel based The Label Factory has received two nominations for the Irish Print Awards 2012.

Following success at the Irish Print Awards in 2010 and 2011, Clonmel based The Label Factory has received two nominations for the Irish Print Awards 2012.

Testament to the quality and consistency produced by The Label Factory is the fact that they have been represented for the last 5 years in succession at the National Awards.

Now in their 35th year, the awards aim to recognise and reward the quality of design, printing and finishing involved in the production of a wide range of printed material.

Following submissions from small to large sized print companies in the thirty two counties, just four companies have been shortlisted for the Irish Print Award in the Self Adhesive Label category.

The company have also been nominated in the category “Small Printer” which recognises excellence in any print work (magazines, books, carton etc.) by a company with less than 10 employees.

The successful label is the newly launched Hybrid Malt Whiskey label from The Teeling Whiskey Company.

The award ceremony takes place at a gala black tie dinner in Dublin on 
November 29.
