The Society of St Vincent de Paul in Clonmel has labelled the budget as ‘anti-family’ and ‘anti-vulnerable’ and says it is anticipating a huge increase in demand for its service in the run up to Christmas. It holds a churchgate collection in the town this Sunday which it says is vital to its funds.
