The Main Guard in Clonmel.

Clonmel Chamber will host the National Enterprise Conference on October 19 at Hotel Minella. Registration for the event will start at 8.30am.

The 2012 conference will focus on development. Over the last number of years the chamber has presented leading speakers from the business sector to delegates and 2012 will be no different.

This year speakers have been tasked with providing insights in to how they have developed their companies, how they feel the business community can develop in the current economic climate and where they see the opportunities for growth.

The topics covered will have relevance to all sectors.

The cost of attending the conference is €45 for members and previous conference attendees and €85 for non members.

Each year the conference is the biggest event of its type in the county and it offers ample opportunity for networking with business people from around Ireland, as delegates at previous conferences will attest.

It is an ideal opportunity to meet with other business leaders and to listen to some of the most respected speakers in the country.

The line up this year includes Lucy Masterson who founded the Hireland initiative, Cully Allen from Cully & Sully, Shane Cradock who is a performance coach and has worked most recently with Google and Apple to help both companies get the best from their people, Sean Murphy who is Deputy CEO of Chambers Ireland and is well known from his frequent appearances discussing business issues on television and radio and Lorcan O’Hobain who is regarded as a leading specialist in the development of management in SMEs.

Pre-booking is essential for the event and bookings can be made through the Clonmel Chamber website www.clonmelchamber.com
