Clonmel students start Transition Year with ‘buddy’ hike

The ‘Buddy System’ is where the transition year students and the incoming first yeas in Clonmel’s Gael Cholaiste Chetinn are put together.

They went on a hike up to Glenary and across the long mile during the beautiful weather we had in early September.

Mrs Fitzgibbon, Mrs O’Leary, Ms McCabe and Mr Matassa accompanied the group and they had a marvelous introduction to the first year of their secondary school education.
