SEAT Ireland has announced the launch of the new SEAT Ibiza to the Irish market. The new car has been comprehensively refreshed both inside and out, yet still retains much of the sporty characteristics that have made it a firm favourite with Irish buyers.

To celebrate the new SEAT Ibiza arrival, SEAT Ireland are rewarding Tipperary motorists who test drive the new Ibiza at Fahy & Ryan, Tipperary from now until the end of June, with 50 free music downloads from the Universal Music catalogue. Motorists who redeem their music downloads can also enter into a competition for a VIP Music prize at the end of June which includes two tickets to Snow Patrol & Florence and The Machine in the Phoenix Park on July 8th with hotel accommodation and merchandise included.

Commenting on the revamped Ibiza, Adam Chamberlain, Brand Director, SEAT Ireland said, “The new Ibiza is a young, dynamic and innovative model and one that we feel will really appeal to young Irish motorists who value style and substance at an affordable price. The most obvious design changes include a new honeycomb grille, new bonnet and bumpers, new fog lights with cornering function, new tail lights with LED technology and there is now the option of head lights with LED technology.”

The new Ibiza also boasts a new dashboard layout, new steering wheel design and new upholstery. There is also a new design on the climate control panel and there is a new and roomier glove compartment.

Explaining the free music download offer, Chamberlain said, “The Ibiza has always been closely linked to the music scene and with festival season almost upon us we felt it was a unique way of rewarding motorists who will be drawn to the Ibiza for a test drive.

Styling aside, there is also improved standard equipment on the Ibiza, with the Special Edition model featuring new 15” alloy wheels, fog lights, Bluetooth functionality for telephone, USB and Aux connections and a multifunction steering wheel.
