Free training course

There is a free training course taking place in Cahir Business & Training Centre for the following categories: Over 55’s, in receipt of a social welfare payment, living in a rural area and also unemployed.

The centre has been successful in securing funding from the Department of Communications, Energy and Natural Resources, under the ‘Benefit 3 Project.’

The programme will cover basic computer use including internet, email and an introduction to digital photography. The training will consist of a six-hour course, three days of two hours on September 11, 17 and 21. Places are limited, if interested please contact Tina or Helen as soon as possible on 0527443224 to secure your place.

Also commencing shortly is ‘FETAC level 6 Train the Trainer’, again places filling fast so please contact us for more information. This is not a free course.
