Tipperary County GAA Board in conjunction with Powerstown Park, Clonmel are running a horse race meeting on Friday June 14 with the first race commencing at 5.45pm.

The proceeds will go towards preparing the Tipperary County teams for their upcoming championship games.

General Admittance for advance ticket purchasers is €10 with barbecue food available on the night for €9.

It’s €15 entry for people with no ticket purchased in advance. There is a Prize Draw of 2 All Ireland tickets for people who buy a €10 ticket. It is hoped that clubs or pubs could organise a bus to get people to the race track as this is going to be a massive social event with barbecues, bouncing castles etc with plenty of entertainment for all ages. The North division are organizing buses to carry punters to the event (contact Tim Floyd, secretary.tipperary@gaa.ie for details).
