Holycross and Templederry must meet again this Sunday

The Clean Ireland Recycling Junior B county hurling final between Holycross Ballycahill and Templederry Kenyons ended in a draw 0-12 each at the The Ragg on Saturday last.

The Clean Ireland Recycling Junior B county hurling final between Holycross Ballycahill and Templederry Kenyons ended in a draw 0-12 each at the The Ragg on Saturday last.

Early in the second half it looked like Templederry would take home the Tim Maher Cup but a spirited fightback by Holycross Ballycahill saw them overcome a 7 point deficit by outscoring their North Division opponents by 8 points to 1 in the final 20 minutes to secure a deserved draw.

The replay will be in The Ragg on Sunday next November 24 at 1pm. Extra time will be played in the event of a draw.
