All the Munster and Leinster quarter final and semi final runners up will go into the draw.

Next Sunday’s game between Galway and Kilkenny will decided the eighth and final team to go into the draw.

So in the first bowl will be; A: Tipperary, B: Waterford, C: Clare, and D: Antrim or Laois. In the second bowl will be A: Offaly, B: Kilkenny v Galway runner-up, C: Wexford, and D: Antrim or Laois.

Once two teams are drawn out to play each other both will be placed in another bowl and a draw will take place with the first out having home advantage. Three of the four first rounds will take place on Sat June 28th whilst the game involving Kilkenny or Galway will take place on Sat July 5th. In the 2nd round of the Qualifiers the four winners from the first round will go into the draw with no repeat pairings if possible. The two winners of round 2 will qualify for the all Ireland Quarter Finals.
