Curran goal sets Mullinahone on their way

Mullinahone proved too strong for Kilsheelan-Kilcash in the South Tipperary u-21 football championship ‘B’, winning 1-16 to 1-4 in Davin Park, Carrick on Suir on Saturday.

Mullinahone proved too strong for Kilsheelan-Kilcash in the South Tipperary u-21 football championship ‘B’, winning 1-16 to 1-4 in Davin Park, Carrick on Suir on Saturday.

Sean Curran gave Mullinahone a great start with a goal in the first minute. Tony Treacy was one of Mullinahone’s best players. The winners led 1-6 to 1-2 at the break, the Kilsheelan goal coming from Bill Maher.

Kilsheelan added just two points in the second half as Mullinahone pulled away to win well.
