Maher captains Tipperary minors against Kerry

Kilsheelan-Kilcash’s Bill Maher, The Nationalist South Tipperary Young Hurler of the Year, will captain the Tipperary minor hurlers when they take on Kerry in the first round of the Munster minor hurling championship at Semple Stadium on Wednesday evening.

Maher is joined in midfield by Holycross-Ballycahill’s Sean Nally.

The county minor football captain, and another member of last year’s All Ireland winning minor football team, Dylan Fitzelle from Cashel, is in the half forward line.

The game throws in at 7pm.
