The game will be the first in a triple bill that also features two of the All Ireland senior football quarter finals, Mayo vs Down and Dublin vs Laois.

Tipperary will fancy their chances of progressing to the last four following their impressive Munster final win over Kerry.

The Mayo challenge will be a significant one even after losing the Connacht final to Roscommon.

The game throws in at 3pm.
