Moyle Rovers Under 12 team had a very enjoyable and pleasant evening on Monday February 3 when they received their county medals.

The medals were presented by the 2013 Tipperary Under 16 All Ireland winning team Captain Rosin Howard and full back on the Tipperary victorious team Carol Casey.

Both girls spoke of their joy and excitement of being part of a Tipperary All Ireland winning team.

We also had a great motivational speech from Mary Howard of Cahir Camogie club. Mary was a selector on the victorious All Ireland team and has always being a great supporter of camogie.

Aine Kiely O’Donnell introduced the girls and thanked them and their parents for the great effort they made to win the competition.

Club chairman Andrew Dowling thanked everyone involved and congratulated all involved in Moyle Rovers and Tipperary Under 16s. Hopefully the sight of the Munster and All Ireland U 16 trophies will inspire our girls into the future.

Once again well done to the these great girls and mentors Aine Kiely O’Donnell, Catriona McGrath and valuable assistance from Michael McGarry. Thanks to Mary and Rosin Howard and Carol Casey for helping with the presentations.
