All-Ireland Under 14 ‘C’ Championship Final

Tipperary will play Wexford in the All Ireland Under 14 ‘C’ Championship Final in Freshford on Saturday 22nd June at 12.30pm.

Tipperary’s Under 14 Team to date has scored 20 goals and 32 points in their five matches up to the All Ireland Final. Most of their games have been close, tense and nail biting and we expect the All Ireland Final to be no different. We extend best wishes to the Team & their Management. All support is welcome on the day.

World Record Attempt – Largest Football Mosaic

Tipperary Ladies Gaelic Football Association is promoting their game by attempting to break a world record which is currently in the Guinness Book of Records. This initiative will also be a fundraiser with the proceeds raised being used to help develop Ladies Football within Tipperary.

The World Record chosen is the ’Largest football mosaic’.
The current record for the largest football mosaic is measured 9.75 m (32 ft) in length and 5.94 m (19.5 ft) in width giving a total area of 57.92 m² (624 ft²) and was achieved by BMO Bank of Montreal (Canada) at Yonge-Dundas Square, Toronto, Canada, on 5 July 2012.

The World Record attempt will take place in the Moyle Rovers GAA Grounds, Clonmel, Co. Tipperary on Saturday July 6th at 12 noon and we look forward to a huge County participation in the event. Please support our members who will be looking for sponsorship throughout the County. Everyone is welcome on the day whether to lay a football in the mosaic or witness the occasion.
