U12 Boys

There was double disappointment for the under 12’s last week in the South semi finals in Ballylooby.  Our “A” team went down to a very good performance from Ardfinnan.  Playing against a stiff breeze in the opening half Ardfinnan led by 6 points at the break.  Try as they did in the second half, Commercials could never get close enough to threaten Ardfinnan.

In the “C” semi-final, our team which was made up of some very young players was gallant in defeat.  They gave a great account of themselves and were unlucky in defeat.  Well done to both teams on a year of progress in the development of these players.  Our thanks go to Fergal Condon and Philly Ryan, who have worked very hard with these teams.
