Good luck to the Tipperary Intermediate hurlers and management team for the All Ireland final against Kilkenny at Nowlan Park on Saturday evening next, August 31 at 6pm.
The game will be refereed by Tony Carroll of Offaly and will go to extra time in the event of a draw.
Tipperary will be attempting to retain the title they won at Semple Stadium last year by defeating Kilkenny on a scoreline of 3-13 to 1-17.
It’s a fine achievement to have qualified for the final again having had to use a completely new panel from that which played in last year’s final.
We would ask Tipperary supporters to come out in force on Saturday evening to cheer on the Intermediate team as there is bound to be a large Kilkenny attendance.
