Tipp ladies football looks back on a good year

Outgoing Chairman Tommy Campbell thanked everyone who helped in any way to make 2012 a very successfull year for our wonderful game. Top of Tommy’s list were all the referees who are at our beck and call throughout the year and all the G.A.A. clubs that made their grounds and facilities available to all our clubs for training and games.

Club officers and team mentors were thanked for their cooperation during the year which resulted in all our championships run and finished on time. County teams and their mentors were thanked for keeping Tipperary completive in all grades of football at inter county level. Finally Tommy thanked his fellow executive members for their commitment to Tipperary Ladies Football.

Secretary Antony O’Brien gave a detailed account of the ups and downs of the affairs of football in the county. Treasaurer Biddy Ryan presented her balance sheet which showed finances after a busy year to be in a healthy state.
