Tipperary hurling legend John Leahy enjoyed a great start in his new role as manager to the Tipperary ladies football team.

Tipperary hurling legend John Leahy enjoyed a great start in his new role as manager to the Tipperary ladies football team.

He brought the team to Bannow-Ballymitty to take on the home side Wexford in the league and saw them win 2-12 to 2-9 with goals from Jennifer Grant and Lorraine O’Shea.
