86 year-old Clonmel woman heaps praise for South Tipp General Hospital

South Tipperary General Hospital, Clonmel
Dear Editor

Dear Editor

In 2006 I was admitted with angina to South Tipperary Hospital and was under the care of Doctor Christina Donnellan and her team. Some years later I was unwell again and I was under the care of doctor Niall Colwell who sent me to the rehabilitation unit at St. Patrick’s Hospital, Cahsel and I met Dr. Donnellan again.

My feet would not move I thought I would be crippled for the rest of my life but the wonderful therapist got me walking again. Thanks to all at that hospital.

To the doctors, nurses and staff at South Tipperary General Hospital my sincere thanks to you all for your kindness and care, I could never find a complaint against you,

I am now 86 years-old, age does not seem to matter in hospital, it’s what our doctors can do for us and what we should do for our doctors.

Yours sincerely

Theresa Bolger
