Shots fired in Clonmel incident

Clonmel gardai are investigating an apparent drive-by shooting in the town in the early hours of Friday morning. It is suspected that shots were fired from a passing car at a house in the Heywood Road/Elm Park area of the town at about 5am. No one was injured.

The scene has been cordoned off awaiting a technical examination.
