South Tipp GAA Centre to host ‘Up for the Match’

South Tipperary GAA Centre will stage a bumper All-Ireland replay ‘Up for the Match’ special on Friday evening next at 8.30 pm sharp.

South Tipperary GAA Centre will stage a bumper All-Ireland replay ‘Up for the Match’ special on Friday evening next at 8.30 pm sharp.

The emphasis will be on craic agus cheoil whilst special guests will give their views on the following evening’s eagerly awaited

Tipperary/Kilkenny replay.

All are welcome, admission is free while bar facilities and light refreshments will be available.

A highlight of the evening will a major raffle/auction for numerous items especially an autographed hurley from Brendan Cummins used

in some of the of the Premier County’s major successes, a selection of valuable books including the Cahir and Ardfinnan club histories, South Tipperary Board history, a volume of Seamus King’s Tipperary G.A.A. Story 1935-1984 and a rare copy of Bloody Sunday 1920/1995 published by South Board. Also included will be items of Tipperary GAA gear, wines and much more.

Park and ride for replay

The Louis Fitzgerald Hotel will provide a park & ride facility for supporters travelling to the All-Ireland replay on Saturday.

Supporters can park in a designated car park adjacent to the hotel and take a return bus to Croke Park at €15 per person or

take a return bus to the Red Cow Luas station for €5 per person.
