More recently, they have started to develop the first Wagyu/Kobe beef herd, a product decribed as the foie gras of beef, that is attracting huge interest from their customers and further positioning the business as a specialist butcher. The business has grown significantly through stragetic partnerships with other recognised Irish brands such as Avoca Handweavers, where two butcher counters now feature in Dublin.
