A Tipperary man is appearing in the current series of Feirm Factor, the hit reality show that returned to TG4 last Sunday.
Donnchadh Corcoran from Ballypatrick is one of 12 contestants on the programme, which is searching for Ireland's top farmer.
Feirm Factor'strio ofjudges- Maura Derrane (FourLive, RTE), Alan Dukes (former Minister for Agriculture and chairman of Anglo Irish Bank) and agriculturalexpert Sen Lionird are back to challenge the farmers on their farming skills, business acumen and physical and mental endurance.
The overall winner will drive home in a brand new Land Rover Discovery 4, which Donnchadh Corcoran says he will give to his parents if he wins.
19 year-old Donnchadh works on the home farm and is studying to become a nurse, going into his second year.
The programme is shown on TG4 at 8.45pm on Sunday nights and is repeated on Wenesdays at 10.30pm.
