Cappawhite Christmas Food and Craft Fair will take in the Cappawhite Community Centre on Sunday 12th December at 12 noon. Admission is free, if you would like to book a stall contact 086-3109019 or see the website www.tippsmallholdersassoc.com

SENIOR CITIZENS:

The Senior Citizens annual Christmas Party is in Dundrum House Hotel on Sunday 12th December at 1p.m., Senior Citizens €10, family and friends €25. Names to be given to any committee member by Wednesday 1st December. The music on the day will be provided by Sam Doherty, spot prizes would be appreciated.

SOCIAL EVENT:

Social AND Old Time Dancing in the Cappawhite Resource Centre on Saturday 4th December. Adm is only E7 and all proceeds go to the up keep of the Day-Care.

PENITENTIAL SERVICE:

There will be a Penitential Service for Advent on Monday 13th December at 7.30 pm.

Annual General Meeting

Cappawhite GAA Club held its AGM on Saturday, November 27.

The following appointments were made on the night.

Chairman:Tony Breheny; Secretary: Michael McCarthy; Treasurer: Ross Dunne; PRO: Paddy Quirke; Vice Chairman and Bord na nOg Chairman: Sean Ryan; Bord na nOg Secretary: Majella Armshaw; School Liaison Officer: John Barry.

The club would like to thank Dan Ryan, Anne Holmes, Liam Treacy and Noel Kelly for their dedicated service during the past 3 years.

The Adjourned AGM will take place on January 4 2011. All team managements for the 2011 season will be finalised at this meeting.
