Lonergan’s Bar in Fethard, now famous for its Halloween décor, has been invaded by ‘ghosts and ghoulies’.

They have gone one step further this year by not only taking over the entire bar and adjacent laneway, they have now taken up residence on the complete first floor where things go ‘bump in the night’ among scenes of a ghoulish Halloween . . . not for the faint-hearted.

An arrangement has been settled with the new ‘ghosts and ghoulie’ inhabitants who have agreed to behave and allow visitors to their new home in Lonergans but it is recommended that parental guidance is applied before young children are allowed into the haunted house.

All proceeds raised from visits to the ‘haunted house’ will be forwarded to the Children’s Ward at South Tipperary General Hospital.
