Cahir Youth Club Thanks for Coffee Morning support and donations

On December 19 last Cahir Youth Club held a coffee morning to raise much needed funds for its youth groups. The morning was a huge success with great support from the local community. We would like to thank all the local business for their donations for our raffle.

Thanks to: River House, Gate House, Punters Rest, Lazy Bean, Super Valu (Cashel), Skelly’s Sweet Emporium, Morrissey’s Pub, Kilcoran Lodge Hotel, OC Refrigeration, Esso Garage (Clonmel Road),Morrison’s Pharmacy, O’Brien’s Pharmacy, Ross Pharmacy, GM Maintenance, Limerick DJ, Top Cut, Steve McGuire Barbers, Euro Zone, Texaco Garage (O’Donnell’s), O’Conner’s Family Butchers and Super Valu (Cahir). Thanks also to Cahir House Hotel who kindly gave us cups for the day.

A special thank you goes to Mickey Mouse at Elite Cakes, Santa & Mrs Clause for popping in to see us and to Tina Looby for her face painting. Michelle Craddock (New Inn) baked two cakes for raffle. We had our very own club member DJ, Paulie Barrett who provided the music for the event. We also had so many donations of cakes, buns etc once again from parents and volunteers. All the youth members worked very hard on the day.

At present our Youth Groups are running on a Wednesday from 6.30pm to 8.00pm (eight to 12 years) and on Friday from 5pm to 6.30pm (13 to 16 years).

We would also like to give very special thanks to our volunteers who dedicate their time to
the club.
