Carrick AC’s annual Fit-4-Life programme will commence on Tuesday, January 8 at Kildalton College, Piltown.
Each week’s training session will start at 7pm and runners of all levels from complete beginners to experienced athletes will be catered for.
James Sullivan, personal trainer and sports injury therapist,will be on hand to provide useful tips and advice for every runner.
This is an ideal opportunity to make a start on improving your level of fitness and building on that New Year’s resolution or simply taking some time off your personal best performances.
Over the past few years we have seen many beginners use this programme as a foundation for completing their very first road races over 5k and 5 miles.All are welcome to participate and the emphasis is on enjoying the benefits of running.
