The Munster Juvenile Indoor Championships took place in Nenagh last weekend and over the two days it was great to see so many of the Clonmel AC athletes produce great performances.
Competition was very keen at this level in all the age groups. The Club also appreciated the support of so many parents at these Championships.
Orla Winston produced a great array of performances in the many events she competed in. In the Girls under 13 Long Jump she produced a Personal Best (PB) when winning the Silver medal with a jump of 4.44mts. Then in the High Jump she won the Bronze medals while she also performed very well in the Shot Putt and 60m Hurdles.
In the Girls under 13 Long Jump Ava Fennessy also produced a PB when finishing 4th with 4.24m while Hannah Berry also achieved a PB when jumping 3.80m. In the same age group Caoimhe Mulcahy ran very well when finishing 7th the 60m final.
