Cashel Boxing Club is looking for second hand books which will be re-sold and all profits will go to fund new equipment for the club. The boxing training continues in the club opposite Lidl on Cahir Road in Cashel. Memberships are constantly increasing. The club are still able to accept new members to the teenage, adult and womens boxercise groups and they have a waiting list for the childrens’ group (minimum age nine). Boxing is one of the best forms of exercise which will increase your muscle tone, coordination and agility, and it is also a very social and fun way to improve your fitness level.
