Bonus point win for Carrick over Killarney

Carrick on Suir RFC had a great win last Sunday in the Munster junior league against Killarney at home in Tybroughney.

Carrick also secured a bonus point by scoring four tries, the try scorers were Adam O’Loughlin, JP Wallace and two by Mick O’Grady.

James Wallace added the four conversions and two penalty kicks.

But it was a tight match as Killarney scored four tries of their own, all converted which also earned them a losing bonus point and the bonus point moves them up a few places on the league table.

This win moves Carrick into the middle of the league table with three matches remaining.

This Sunday Carrick travel to Youghal for the next league fixture, kick off at 2.30pm.
