Wouldn’t it be great if there was a guide that helped you cope with parenting through the difficult years?

Tipperary Regional Youth Service are offering you the support you might just be looking for. On Wednesday November 20 they are hosting a registration and information morning for their new programme ‘Getting your kids through the difficult years - A how-to guide’. This is a ten week programme aimed at parents of children from tots to teens. As a parent you can participate in all or as many sessions as you like. The full menu of workshops covers a wide variety of topics which includes; Nutrition & Diet, Dealing with Challenging Behaviour, Child Development, Drug and Alcohol Awareness, Sexual Health, Mental Health, Bullying, Internet Safety, Self Esteem and Communication, Family Budgeting and Suicide Prevention. All the above workshops will be delivered by professionals. The workshops will be on every Wednesday from 11am to 1pm and begin on November 27. Workshops are free but pre booking is essential.
