Trad musicians unite in Feis for Philippines

A music event will take place in Dungarvan on Saturday, December 21 at 8pm, in aid of the survivors of Typhoon Haiyan.

A music event will take place in Dungarvan on Saturday, December 21 at 8pm, in aid of the survivors of Typhoon Haiyan.

Feis for Philippines, at St Mary’s Church of Ireland, Dungarvan, is a special fund-raising concert featuring some of Ireland’s most talented traditional musicians and singers. Among those playing will be Derek Morrissey, Paddy Tutty and Colm Ó Caoimh from Caladh Nua, Donnchadh Gough of Danú, Dónal Clancy, Nell Ní Chróinín, Seán
and Caoimhín Ó Fearghaíl, and Noel and Brendan
Clancy.

Tickets price at €15 are available from Jitterbeans and David Walsh School Books, Dungarvan, from Eventbrite, as well as on the door.
