New €1m fund set up to support young people in Tipperary

Special guests including Tipperary senior hurlers and the Tipperary Rose of Tralee Aoife Shanley will be in attendance at the first ever Tony Ryan Fund for Tipperary grant awards which take place in Hayes’s Hotel in Thurles on September 10.

Special guests including Tipperary senior hurlers and the Tipperary Rose of Tralee Aoife Shanley will be in attendance at the first ever Tony Ryan Fund for Tipperary grant awards which take place in Hayes’s Hotel in Thurles on September 10.

The ‘Tony Ryan Fund for Tipperary’ has been established by the Tony Ryan Trust to give financial support to evidence-based initiatives that support children and young people in Tipperary to reach their full potential.

This fantastic initiative is also supported by the Community Foundation of Ireland .

The first stage grant cheques will be presented at a special ceremony on September 10 between 6pm and 7.30pm. Light refreshments will be served.
