Trivia: With Tipp playing Cork in the Munster Minor football final it will bring back memories to those who have played for Tipp in the past. At minor level Commercials players have seen success in Munster on five occasions. Most recently were Benny Walsh in ’95 and Derek Pyke in ’84. Both were highly skilled and pacey defenders. In ’55 Liam Boland captained Tipp to victory and back in ’34 and ’35 Commercials players were vital to that Munster and All Ireland double. All supporters should go to www.tippgaaarchives.com to view the many names that have represented the club at county level down through the years.

Membership: In order for the club to register players for 2011 in Croke Park membership must be paid.
